Hemlock

Hemlock is a great choice of bark dust if you are looking to cover areas around trees, shrubs and flower beds. This bark is known as a "sliverless" bark. This makes it a great choice for walkways, and families with kids and pets. Hemlock is also a good bark dust for keeping weed sprouts to a minimum and is also good for draining purposes.

We offer two types of Hemlock. Fresh (AKA Red) and Dark (AKA Aged). The Red/Fresh Hemlock is a lighter brick red color that has not been aged. The Dark Hemlock has gone through a composting process that makes it finer and more choclate brown in color.
